Bloomfilter Unified View Powered by FLORA

Overview

This release represents a major evolution of the Bloomfilter user experience by introducing three new standalone modules; Agentic Process, Automation and Work Periods while significantly enhancing the Process Analysis module. These changes provide organizations with clearer separation of concerns, deeper AI visibility, improved automation capabilities and more consistent process intelligence across all levels.


What's Changed?

Agent Miner (New): Complete AI agent usage analytics enabling organizations to track, analyze, and optimize AI tool deployments across tasks, sessions, and costs.

Process Analysis (BETA): Enhanced process intelligence with consistent measures across Portfolios, Teams, and Boards, plus advanced initiative tracking and capacity management at Portfolio and Team levels.

Work Periods (New): Independent module for comprehensive sprint and iteration management, separated from Process Analysis with dedicated Assessment and Comparison capabilities.


Agent Miner (New)

The Agent Miner module is an entirely new capability providing comprehensive visibility into how AI agents are used across work items, user sessions and costs.

Tasks View

Tracks all tasks where AI agents are utilized.

Key Capabilities:

  • View complete list of tasks enhanced by AI agents

  • Display task code, name, type, and story points

  • Direct links to individual task details

  • "View Agentic Map" action for each task to visualize agent interactions

  • Filter by project and board for focused analysis

  • Search functionality to quickly locate specific tasks

  • Date range selection to analyze agent usage over time

Sessions View

The Sessions view delivers detailed analytics on AI agent interaction sessions, mapping out what the agentic process agents are doing and where they are working.

Agent Sessions

A detailed session log capturing all AI agent interactions within your development environment.

Tracked Metrics:

  • Session ID: Unique identifier for each agent interaction session

  • Session Start: Timestamp of when the agent session began

  • Agent Source: AI provider (Claude, Cursor, or other AI tools)

  • Events: Total number of events within the session

  • User Prompts: Count of user-initiated prompts

  • Tool Calls: Number of tool/function calls made by the agent

  • User: Team member who initiated the session

Key Capabilities:

  • Comprehensive session history with sortable columns

  • Filter sessions by individual users or view all users

  • Track sessions across different AI agent sources

  • Analyze engagement patterns through event and prompt counts

  • Monitor tool usage frequency per session

  • Date range filtering for historical analysis

  • Export session data for external reporting

Cost and Token Analysis

Multiple visualization options for analyzing AI agent costs and token consumption across different dimensions.

Analysis Views:

  • Tasks: Cost breakdown by individual tasks

  • Users: Token usage per user

  • Initiatives: Cost tracking by initiative

  • Epics: Cost aggregation by epic-level work

Visualization Options:

  • Line Chart: Trend analysis over time

  • Bar Chart: Period-by-period comparison

Key Capabilities:

  • Toggle between Cost and Tokens metrics

  • Filter by agent source (Cursor, Claude, or other agents)

  • Time-series analysis showing cost trends over selected periods

  • Multi-select filtering for tasks, users, epics, or initiatives

  • Date range selection for custom reporting periods

  • Export financial data for budget planning and reporting

Process Analysis Module (BETA)

The BETA version of Process Analysis improves on the visualization of data simplifying the experience in a single pane of glass experience. Each level offers the same suite of analytical measures, enabling consistent analysis regardless of scope.

KPI Overview

A high-level dashboard providing key performance indicators at a glance.

Metrics Displayed:

  • Strategic Allocation: Percentage of tasks or stories tied to an epic or initiative

  • Quality Allocation: The total number of tasks divided by the bugs and technical debt tasks within the selected date range.

  • Contributors: Number of people actively contributing to the specific board or portfolio

  • Total Throughput: Overall volume of completed work

  • Average Cycle Time: Average duration to complete any given task

Organizational Views

Process Analysis provides three distinct organizational views, each with identical measure sets for consistent cross-level analysis.

Portfolios

Portfolio-level process analysis enabling executive and strategic visibility.

Teams

Team-level process analysis for understanding group performance and dynamics.

Boards

Board-level process analysis for tactical and project board specific insights.

Available Measures

All three organizational views (Portfolios, Teams, and Boards) support the following comprehensive measure categories:

Key Measures

  • Throughput: The number of tasks transitioning between status types “todo” or “doing” and status type “done” between dates a and b.

  • Average Velocity: Average points completed by a team during a sprint period. Assessing how fast a team is moving to complete the expected work ahead of them.

  • Cycle Time: The average duration between when tasks move from doing to done between dates a and b.

  • Reaction Time:The average time of transition between status type todo and status type doing between dates a and b.

SPA Measures

  • Bulk Status Changes: Count tasks that reached "done" only if at least 30% of all tasks were completed.

  • Cycle Time Inconsistency: Interquartile Range (IQR) calculated as Q3 minus Q1 of recorded cycle times.

  • Missing Days: The number of days when no recorded work happened

  • Multiple Points Changes per Task: When points change multiple times for a single task

  • Tasks Moving Backwards: Number of tasks that moved backwards divided by the total number of tasks within the selected time period.

  • Untested Tasks: A work item is counted as untested if it skips a status mapped to a testing status in Jira.

  • Work Plan Inconsistency: average of how much the estimated effort (story points) fluctuates during different work periods.

Team Performance Measures

  • Declined Change Requests: The percentage of change requests declined from all change requests associated with the relevant task group.

  • Independence: Percentage of tasks not blocked by another task

  • Lead Time: The average time of transition between status type `todo` and status type `done` between dates `a` and `b`

  • Quality: Evaluates the proportion of work dedicated to bugs and technical debt

  • Review Time: Average calendar time in days between the open and close of the change requests

  • Strategy: tracking the percentage of tasks associated with an epic

Team Tracking Measures

  • Stale Tasks: stale is defined as sitting in backlog/not updated for 120 days

  • Technical Debt Tasks: The number of tech debt tasks within the selected date range

Custom Measures

  • Complexity: Analyzes the average story point value of tasks within specified time periods, providing insights into task estimation patterns and overall workload complexity trends by calculating the mean points across all pointed tasks

  • Defect Ratio Measure: Number of bugs created divided by number of tasks completed

  • Readiness: A task is considered ready when it has all of the following defined: Name, Description, Point value. For bugs, only a name and description are required—point values are optional if the board does not assign points to bug tickets

Portfolio and Team-Specific Features

The following analytical views are available specifically at the Portfolio and Team levels:

Initiative Overview

A comprehensive dashboard providing centralized visibility into all initiatives within a portfolio or team, showing progress and status for each individual initiative.

Key Capabilities:

  • View all initiatives in a structured table format with sortable columns

  • Monitor initiative status with visual indicators (On Track, Off Track, Unknown)

  • Track completion percentages across all initiatives

  • Manage business value assignments for prioritization

  • View and manage start and end dates for timeline planning

  • Filter initiatives by status to focus on at-risk items

  • Export initiative data for external reporting

Initiative Completion

A dedicated analytics view for tracking task completion progress across multiple initiatives.

Key Capabilities:

  • Visualize tasks completed over time for selected initiatives

  • Compare completion rates across multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Toggle between Tasks and Points views for different measurement perspectives

  • Identify trends in delivery cadence and execution patterns

  • Export completion data for stakeholder reporting

Initiative Focus

A strategic planning tool that visualizes the percentage distribution of team focus across initiatives over time.

Key Capabilities:

  • Track initiative focus as a percentage across selected time periods

  • Compare focus distribution across multiple initiatives

  • Identify shifts in strategic priorities over time

  • Visualize resource allocation trends

  • Support for multi-initiative analysis

Capacity Management

A team capacity planning and tracking dashboard that provides visibility into workload distribution.

Key Capabilities:

  • View team-level capacity metrics in a structured format

  • Track capacity by both task count and story points

  • Monitor workload distribution percentages across teams

  • Identify over-allocated or under-utilized teams

  • Export capacity data for resource planning and allocation decisions


Work Periods Module (New)

Work Periods is a newly independent module, separated from Process Analysis Version 1. This module provides comprehensive sprint and iteration management capabilities through two distinct functional areas: Assessment and Comparison.

  • Assessment Mode: Provides views for Sprint Assessment Dashboard, Work Phase Distribution, Work Pace, and Delivery Confidence

  • Comparison Mode: Provides Table View, Measure Comparison, and Measures Over Time

All views support flexible date range selection and board filtering through the left sidebar controls. If desired we can also turn off the Health Score for customers that don’t want to leverage that feature. This is especially true for new teams who don’t have a history of work for the health scores to pull from which is one of the driving factors of the health score system.

Assessment

The Assessment area evaluates how well a team has performed during a sprint or defined time period through multiple specialized views.

Assessment Dashboard

A comprehensive overview dashboard displaying key work period health metrics by sprints or desired date ranges.

Metrics Displayed:

  • Strategy: Strategic alignment of work determined by the percentage of tasks associated with an epic within the selected work period.

  • Complexity: Work complexity indicators determined by the total story points divided by the number of tasks with assigned story points.

  • Quality: Quality metrics for the period determined by the number of tech debt and bug tasks divided by the total number of tasks within the selected work period.

  • Scope: Scope management and changes determined by the percentage of scope added or removed within the selected work period.

  • Sprint Readiness: Team preparation levels determined by the percentage of tasks that have a defined name, description, and story point value.

  • Independence: Team autonomy indicators determined by the number of tasks not blocked by another task

  • Review Time: Code review duration metrics determined by the average calendar time in days between the open and close of the change requests

  • PRs Closed: Number of pull requests completed

  • Assess performance for any defined work period or sprint

  • Compare actual performance against targets

  • Identify areas requiring improvement

Work Phase Distribution

A visualization tool that tracks task flow through workflow phases over the duration of a work period, showing where work is in the system lifecycle.
