Bloomfilter.ai
This page hosts the videos and reference material that will be linked to throughout the Enablement Curriculum. Use the sections below to get familiar with what's here and where to go depending on what you're working on.
Admin Portal
The Bloomfilter admin portal is designed to allow implementation partners to manage, configure, and validate their organization's data. A Bloomfilter support team member assists with the initial setup and integration. Use this section to configure feature flags, manage platform and text configurations, and access supporting reference material.
Customer Enablement
Role-based enablement program for SDLC Executives, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners. Organized into three tracks, each with defined learning objectives, measurable outcomes, hands-on curriculum using the customer's own data, and a take-home reference guide. Sessions cover the modules users will operate day-to-day: Strategy, Dashboards, Process Analysis, Work Periods, Adherence, Financials, and Flora AI.
Modules
A link to the Bloomfilter product Knowledge Base, where you can explore the full set of platform modules — AI Agents, Agent Miner, Dashboards, Financials, Integration, Process Graph, Process Analysis, Strategy, Work Periods, and Adherence. This is your go-to reference for understanding what each module does and how to navigate it with a customer.
Feature Flags
Describes how to enable or disable specific platform features for a customer through the Partner Portal. Each flag is toggled by entering its name and setting it to true or false. This is used at initial setup and any time a customer adds a new module or needs a capability turned on or off.
Configurations
Covers two configuration tools available in the Partner Portal. Platform Configurations let you enable or disable platform-level settings for a customer using JSON key-value pairs — these are set at initial adoption and rarely changed afterward. Text Configurations let you rename UI elements within the platform to match a customer's preferred terminology, using JSON overrides of the base platform dictionary. Both are set up at onboarding and updated only when a customer changes their terminology or adds new capabilities.
Metric Registry
A comprehensive partner reference for all 65 Bloomfilter metrics. Organized into sections that let you look up metrics by symptom (e.g., "we're always behind schedule"), by persona (SDLC Executives, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Finance, DevOps), by executive priority, and by use case. Each entry includes the metric definition, signals that indicate trouble, recommended actions, and the business or financial impact. Use this registry to connect customer problems to the specific metrics that surface and explain them.
SOP Reference Guide
A partner-facing standard operating procedure guide covering step-by-step procedures for the full implementation and support lifecycle. Organized into four sections: Integration (creating accounts, connecting Jira/ADO/Polarion, configuring boards, activating users, enabling AI), Data Validation & Configuration (verifying data flow, fixing calculations, managing feature flags, updating statuses, resolving epic and process map issues), On-Prem (procedures for on-premise deployments), and RBAC (permission management). Actively maintained with a change log — consult this regularly throughout implementation and ongoing support.
