Compare Data between multiple Portfolios, Teams, Boards
Located at the top of the Process Analysis page, this panel includes dropdowns for date range (e.g., last quarter, custom periods) and selecting your portfolio (e.g., specific teams, projects, or boards). You can also add or toggle performance measures to overlay on the default graph — options include Decline Change Request, Multiple Point Changes per Task, Defect Ratio, and many others (e.g., cycle time, throughput). Hover over any measure for a tooltip with its definition and purpose.
Export Button: In the top right of your screen, allows users to download the current graph as an image, complete with all selected variables.
Use Cases
Custom Reporting: Select a specific portfolio and date range to generate quarterly reports on process health for stakeholder meetings.

What It Shows: Tracks key performance metrics like Throughput, Velocity, Cycle Time over time.

See how portfolio, team, board correlates with team output to ensure teams aren't hitting bottlenecks.

Filters: The options available for selection in the side-filter are a standard set of metrics and any custom metrics.
Capacity

What it Shows: The Capacity table provides a portfolio-level view of how delivery effort is distributed across teams over a selected date range. It shows each contributing team along with their throughput (Capacity Work Units), velocity (Capacity Points), and overall workload distribution percentage. This allows you to see which teams are doing the most work and how much they contribute relative to the rest of the portfolio.

Capacity Planning: Identify teams that are over- or under-utilized to inform resourcing and staffing decisions.
Portfolio Reviews: Understand which teams are contributing most to delivery across multiple projects during quarterly or program-level reviews.

Click the arrow next to any column header to filter, sort, or group data — e.g., sort by completion % to prioritize lagging items.
